All data is processed on the client’s own server through a self-hosted installation of Support Board. NEXUSCORE does not store, sell, reuse, or analyze platform data outside of the requested functionality.

Access to Facebook and Instagram data is strictly limited to:

• Receiving and replying to messages
• Receiving and replying to comments
• Managing conversations for customer support purposes
